Okay I know that you all have been waiting with baited breath to find out how this cake that the cake monster decided to munch on. It looks good here then you turn it around and wala. No matter how hard I tried I could not get that big gapping whole covered up.

No one would have even noticed if you hadn't turned it around :0) All that matters is that Emma thought it was YUMMY!!! Which she told me it was. We always have cake monsters in our house and it's usually the person cooking it (te he he he)
Every time I bake a cake - which has not happened in a couple of years - they always come out lop- sided.
